Ok! I am sure there are some out there that use this tecnique, see i am in the service and evry chance i get i smoke like its my last day i can smoke, before boot-camp i smoked everyday for 2 months straight and did not stop up until i had 2 days before boot-camp. I passed it, the trick is simply Niacin you can find it at most drug stores, be sure the get the 500 mg bottle, take 3 a day even when smoking and u should stay clean. If u wanna quit for like a week cause u know u have a test comming up then take about 3 a day for only two days ,ur system will STAY CLEAN unitl u smoke again.

Smoke On!!!!:rasta:

Niacinamide (vitamin B-3) is toxic to the skin and liver in overdoses... Sure it speeds up metabolism, but as a long term strategy I don't recomend it.

It does also make ur skin turn red for like 10-15 min. after taking it but the longer u take it the less ur skin turns red, and for those who only try covering it up for 3 days dont take a 60-70$ drink go buy URISTAT and drink like a gallon of water with it, it makes ur piss pure orange the next 3 or 4 times u piss after taking it, but it keeps u covered for 2-3 days, thats also worked for me.

Large doses of niacin can cause liver damage, peptic ulcers, and skin rashes. Even normal doses can be associated with skin flushing. It can be prescribed as a treatment for elevated total cholesterol and other types of lipid disorders, but it should only be used with medical supervision due to its potential for severe side effects.

Niacin is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for many aspects of health, growth, and reproduction. It is part of the vitamin B complex.

Niacin assists in the functioning of the digestive system, skin, and nerves. It is also important for the conversion of food to energy.

Niacin (also known as vitamin B-3) is found in dairy products, poultry, fish, lean meats, nuts, and eggs. Legumes and enriched breads and cereals also supply some niacin. (Rice Crispies is a major niacin source).

The RDA (recommended daily allowance) for niacin is 14 mg for women and 16 mg for men.

yeah ur statistics you are getting are highly over-thought! Niacin is completely harmless, it causes miner skin redness and burning, thats it, i have used it for over a year now! 500 mg pills i take one a day, its comnpletely harmless. Another thing if niacin was that harmful they would not use a large portion of it in energy drinks such as red-bull 100% niacin. The only thing niacin has done to me is help me sucessfully pass drug tests, and has yet to fail me.

There is only 21.7 mg of niacin in Red Bull for starters...the 100% refers to the relation to RDA.
Hey, if it works for you go for it but it is well known excesses can cause problems. Not for me to say what an excess is in any individual case.

He is right, but I don't think no matter what he says will make you stop.
Good Luck though and stay healthy
