I need some purchasing advice

I just moved to Charlotte NC from Seattle WA a couple of months ago. Now while i expected the quality to drop off, I didn't expect the bud to drop off altogether. I have a job that drug tests and have found no one other than myself who has sidestepped that loop. All my neighbors and I MEAN ALL OF THEM are Hispanic and think I am policia or INS. So they won't deal with me. I can't find any douja at all!!! I'm starting to go nuts. I am seriously thinking about moving back to Seattle. Has anyone ever had this problem? How do you approach a complete stranger for it? I've never had to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've been a daily smoker for 13 years, this is totally lame. :mad:

It shouldn't be that hard, how old are you? just see if when your out around the area you can see someone that looks a big dodgy, rough (what you would expect a typical drug dealer to look like) and try and score weed that way.

I turn 29 tommorrow. So you would assume I've done this before. I haven't though. I lived in Seattle my whole life and had hook ups through friends. This sucks.

I'm almost in the same boat. Imagine how it feels to be you in California? Water water everywhere and not a drop to drink.

That is the sole reason I tried growing...just cause I got tired of not having a hookup or bugging friends.

Went through the same thing myself back in "88". Thought I found someone decent and that turned out to be a crapper so I decided to make the trip back home and buy in bulk.

I did it. It has been way too long and tommorrow is my birthday. So I went to this gas station and hit up the first 20 somethin gangstas I saw. Not my culture, but at 6'5 and 400lbs I wasn't shaken. Anyway I told em I'd split it with them (cause I wasn't taking any chances on getting ripped off) and they hooked me up. Now I have achieved happiness pre birthday and am high as f*ck after smokin a blunt with them. (While I am as vanilla as ice cream, these guys were pretty cool) :rasta: :dance: :rasta:

i know nothing about your area but whenever i've been in need in a new city i'd hit a neighborhood bar...one with a dart board and pool table (shuffleboard is a major plus too for stoners). i can't recall even being shut out going that way. it takes time but once you've bought a few beers you can usually get the person to at least cut loose of a joint or burn in the parking lot. there's a beach there too...right? there's another good place, especially around sunset.

if you dont mind going into the "hood"....highpoint,winston-salem,greensboro has alot of places to get some bud if you really want it...as far as a more reliable source you will just have to make friends....its not hard to find the greeny in NC =^)

Charlotte is at least 3.5 hrs from the nearest beach, unless you count lakes populated by the dumbest, drunkest mullet-headed rednecks you'd never want to meet. Sorry...I lived in the south for nearly 14 years and still haven't worked it through in therapy..lol. While the share the wealth idea is definitely smart, I would recommend that you get over to the UNCC( Univ. of North Carolina @ Charlotte) campus and become a fixture at the college bars nearby. Not only will you make some solid contacts but you'll be surrounded by young redneck hotties. Best of luck!

dude, when i was in costa rica i was in the same situation, except i was 13.

All I did was go up to a guy in a booth selling pipes, and asked where i could buy some weed, so he hooked me up fat.

Probably wont help, but what im saying is you just gotta have the balls to ask
