About hash..

Whats up guys, new person here... I was just wondering about hash. I didn't even know it was available to me until a few days ago and I heard the stuff's insane. I really don't know a thing about it. A guy said he could sell me a "hash block" for $30 I think. Just a few questions...

- What exactly is hash and how do you smoke it? Can i smoke it out of a normal bowl made of wood?

- Is $30 a block good price?

- What kind of high do you get compared to a normal high from weed? How much do you need to smoke to get high?

If anyone can answer any or all of these questions and add anything else about hash I'd appreciate it.

Hash is basically the resin glands of cannabis i.e. all the good shit. There are many ways to make it. The traditional way was to sieve buds and then compress it or hand rubbing. More modern ways are using bubble bags and solvents. Most hash is extremely good an exception is soap bar which mainly comes from morroco and is terrible with load of adultarants. If you are in the states it is unlikely to be soapbar I guess. You can smoke it in a bong or pipe or do hot knives which are absolutely lethal :-)
I would pay up to £30-35 quid an 1/8 for absolutely grade A hash although I usually go for bud.

Soapbar comes from the UK and Spain not Morroco, although the orginal hash is from Morrocco they then add the solvents and other additives in Spain.

It costs around the same as weed sometimes a bit more I got three types of hash at the moment Nepalese Black bombay, Nepal hash and some pressed Bubblehash :rasta:

i got some nice hash not too long ago, but i had to get soapbar when i was younger.

Also, my old hash dealer, Macca Pete had is house set on fire by some nuttah and he was smoking a joint and didnt realise untill the smoke came in his room lol! Luckily he wasnt hurt. They caught the idiot who did it. Still dont know why he done it..

wait. hash and weed cost about the same per ounce but hash is only the good stuff?

my friend from spain said they don't even use weed over there, only hash. is this why it costs the same (huge supply)? i guess i'll be buyin hash now

OK, so what kind of high do you get from it? Is it basically the same type of high as weed but it takes less to get you stoned?

Do you recommend sprinkling some hash on good bud like I've heard of doing or smoking it straight? And explain hot-knifing..

The european method is to mix hash in with tobacco this is nice if you smoke tobacco but if you don't I wouldn't. You can mix it with bud if you like although it is more efficent using a bong or pipe.
Hot knifing is where you heat two knives up on a stove till the ends are red hot. You then get a small bit of hash you have prepared earlier and dab a hot bit of a knife on it. press the other hot knife onto it (think of a hash sandwich) and inhale the smoke using a funnel or something. Is much easier with two people.
A high from good hash often seems cleaner to me and is often more of a heady trippy high. Depends on what strain the hash was made from though if it is a 100% indica expect a big body stone! Is good shit!

So hot knifing is the way to go? I've never smoked tobacco in my life and don't plan to... How much has should i use while hot knifing? And can I just put a lump of hash in my pipe and smoke it?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just looking foward to it and want to make sure I'm doing everything right.

You need maybee a small pea sized bit. You usually just break a bit off and then tare it into smaller peices like if you were preparing bud and then put in your pipe. A good general test of how good your hash is how easy it is to break peices off. With shit hash you need to roast the fuck out of it with a lighter to soften it. With really good hash you just need a bit of body heat i.e. just hold it in your hands. to break peices off.

yea, just smoke it like resin if u smoke your resin, and use only the tinyest amount when doing knifers like maybe a ball about the size of the "*" on the key borad, not the actual key, but the mark on your key bord, fyi its directly above the 9 on the number keys on the other side of the arrow keys or on the 8 bottun abover were u are typing at
