do you drink water after you smoke or vape. Drinking water seems to cool off my throat afterwards and I don't have the coughing. Wondering if anyone else does this. The smoke burns the cilia and the water rehydrates the cells. If I've really burnt my throat I drink some milk. Milk is mucus forming.

i usually drink water or ice tea that chilled not COLD, i think if smoking didn't cause as much harm i would def be smoking more ha ha

Gen- i drink tons of water during the day for the sole reason that i smoke alot of herb during the day. its a great trade-you get to puff-down and your body loves large amounts of water:thumbsup: i have also heard that drinkin lots of ice cold water helps the body lose weight because it takes energy to warm the water to the right body temp??there is no real thirst quencher like H2O. all that being said, you can't beat a phat spliff and and ice cold boont amber ale.:dance:

slave great to hear drinking alot of water helps. I smoke alot of herb throughout the day. Has drinking alot of water prevented you from getting chronic bronchitis? I still prefer to smoke than vape.

And LIP do you sing? Does milk protect your vocal chords? Good to know.

GEN- i also prefer to smoke. i am much more satisfied after i burn my herb. but, i have to say that i stick to the volcano mostly during the day. it is much clearer and it just doesn't 'stone' me like a phat spliff:rasta: the volcano is the best thing that ever happened to my health. i used to have the chronic bronchitis, but after a couple months, all of the weezing and coughing went away. i usually still smoke 3-4 joints a day, but for those 'refreshers' throughout the day-you can't beat the volcano:thumbsup:

Not so much sing, more extreme metal screamo, and i mean extreme lol, i cant play bass a sing properly, but the singer in my band can, and he drinks milk.

The thing is, the good singers are the ones who smoke and drink all their lives, and you'd never think it...

Anyways, it deffo works for me, i love weed.

Slave, I just don't get the same pleasure vaping on a volcano as I do smoking a pipe. But when I start sputtering I will definitely vape. Glad to hear you found something that works for you.
