Ideal(best) temp is 80 degrees. MJ range is recorded at 75-85 degrees.
If it spikes high or low in parts of the day its ok but it should stay between 75-85 for most of the day.
Its not our goal to copy nature but to improve it beyond mother natures control. Hints lights ran on 18/6, Constant temp control, watering etc etc...

Maybe I'm wrong, and maybe somebody can correct me, but I think that night-time should be colder than daytime... maybe 10 degrees colder (F)?

During flowering it's good to have a drop in temperature while the lights are out, sometimes up to twenty degrees fahrenheit. This process will stimulate natural auxin growth in the plant as well other components necessary for respectable flowering.

You are correct.
Without lights on it will always get a little colder at night.
With lights on you will have peak temps in hot parts of the day.
Most growrooms temps will vary because most people wont put in a AC/Heat unit to control it to the degree.
A good way to help any Temp problem is to run lights at night instead of day to keep temps down and keep it from getting to cold in the winter mths.
