how many do you got?
take like 15-25 mg your first time. add more if you feel like it.
are these the 5/500 pills? if so, you should probally extract them. it's really easy

I wouldn't attempt to go over 4000mg of acetominophen on a daily basis. That would be 8 pills daily. Too much acetominophen can damage your liver.

Yes I would take anywhere from 15-30 mg of hydrocodone.
If your pills have acetimophen in them do not take more than 4000 mg of it, and the less the better.

Jeff, how do you extract the hydrocodone? I have hydrocodone thats 5 mg hydrocodone/500 mg acetimophen.

Just crush them, dissolve in COLD water. Let the acetominophen settle to the bottom and drink the water. This is not really nessecary unless you have a bunch of them, 4 or 5 pills won't hurt you.
