i gota4x2 closet iwanna use 250watt hps and a conversion bulb for veggin ghow many plants can i grow and or will this work andcan i get a ballast that will operate 250and something higer

if you can get a 400w you would be happer. Try to get an air cooled hood for your light it will save you alot of trouble later on.
