How Do You ToP the Plants ?

I need my plants to stay low ( about 2 to 2.5 feet ). My strains are AI (Aurora Indica) and Top44. Yes these are mostly indica strains, but I want to make sure they don't get to high ( Just Make ME high :stoned: ). I understand Topping the plants keeps them at a low level or w/e height you want them to be at. I don't what to LST them, I dont have time for wires mush stuff. HOw do you Top the plants? Your help is really needed, I hope/know u guys can come through. Thank you :thumbsup:

i top mine early in life...like at the 3rd or 4th node so the fork is very low on the trunk and easier to train. for a bushier plant i would pinch again once the first pinch has regrown and that is usually enough, perhaps a bit too much if going for a shorter grow time. it takes several weeks for a plant to fully recover so that must be considered when planning your topping and is never done once flowering is underway (or shouldn't be done, anyway).
