As long as it puts out enough lumens for the area youre gonna grow in, it should be fine. The light spectrum would be perfect for flowering, but could also be used for vegging if you dont mind vegging for a little longer and possibly being a tiny bit stretched.

Yeah, it looks to have a better lumen output than the HPS so it would be very good!
