I'm moving in to a new place in a few weeks the only problem is the people I'm moving in with don't allow smoking in the house but they are cool with weed though. :rasta: This is fine with me as my favourite place to smoke weed is outside anyway. When I am in bed I won't be arsed to get up and go outside though so I'm thinking of getting a vapouriser am I right in thinking these don't stink out the place at all.:rasta: If so what is the best one for around £60 / $100.

Vaps are good cos theres no smoke, but i doubt you'll be able to get one for 60 - 100 bucks.

One that workd is VERY expensive.

I might be just a little biased, but check out www.fogking.net

I know itâ??s ugly, but if price and function are your main concerns, youâ??re not gonna do any better than this.

Looks interesting. You need to do something with the design though... Put flashing lights on it and twirly things to get stoners attention!

Flashy lights and twirly things cost money, which means youâ??d have to pay more than 50 bucks for one.

They work perfectly and theyâ??re dirt-cheapâ?¦I'm betting thatâ??ll get peopleâ??s attention! :smokin:

listen, I have read many many posts on this site about vaporizers and I own one as well and so far the vaporizers mentioned are not that great and here are the reasons:

1) the first vaporizer from fog king is a heat-gun vaporizer type that is similar to a build yourself generation on the net. They are cheap, difficult to use and extremely dangerous as they can burn people. Not to mention the filament is most likely metal - not the most efficient when it comes to conduction heating elements.

2) the second the vapourstar is not a vaporizer. Anything you have to use a live flame for is not a true vaporizer that is health or smokeless oriented. It may have a dual chamber where smoke is stored and does some fancy schmancy thing but it is not that efficient.

The vaporizer I recommend is the Vapolution vaporizer sold in CA. It is the best for the money for several reasons:

1. it uses a glass on glass heating conduction element which is by far more efficient than metal heating plates, metal on ceramic, or ceramic on ceramic heating. Glass on glass enables the pot to never actually get touched by anything it could stick to or be unevenly heated by

2. The vapolution vaporizer is small, can sit on a table and has a standard wall adapter so it can be used all the time. The warmup is about 5 minutes and there is a multi temperature control on the unit itself which is key. Usually only really expensive vaporizers come with temperature adjustments but this one comes with it.

3. You can buy replacable whips, mouthpieces and many other parts for this vaporizer online. The unit comes with a one time replacement warranty for the fee of $50 no matter why or how it becomes defective.

4. This vaporizer is portable anywhere there is a cigarette lighter (like in any vehicle) which means ROADTRIPS!
5. This vaporizer emits no smell and you breathe out total vapor! it is perfect for bed toking for sure. I always smoke in the house with the vaporizer if I know my parents are going to be coming over.

total price: $150 shipped by the way spend the extra $10 for a mouthpiece if you have it. You will not regret this vaporizer! Check out their site: https://www.vapolutionvaporizers.com/

obviously you have no idea what your talking about.......

the vaporwarez has all glass over the heater and the heater is made of CERAMIC and has a 5yr warranty, have you ever used one.....probably not but i do own one, the hands free model, which by the way ive had well over a year with zero problems with it.

replacement parts???

dont make me laugh you could build your own vaporizer from them as EVERY PART IS REPLACEABLE and sold there including da dada da new whips......

temp knob.....has it

pieces to hook to your bong.....has it.

start up time....2 min

portable....put it in a bag

so then what is so bad again about the vaporwarez??

Invision: I like the vaporwarez. A friend of mine has one and it is a good unit. It sounds like deftdrummer has a good idea of what he is talking about if you ask me.

Vapolution is what I own and like if it were my own kid - I am biased. I love this unit the mostest out of the 5 I've tried. The taste is best...hands down. The taste beats that of the 500$ volcano and the vaporwarez. And I know this!
You won't be disappointed in this unit and the boys in Chico, CA service beats any other company out there - you'll have your unit on doorstep in three days (shipping included). And I know this.

You are just soooo wrong about the Vaporstar, I own one. It outperforms the Volcano and is portable.
NO SMOKE-JUST VAPOUR!
How can you say it's not that efficient?, you can't have tried one.
As for butane, when butane's burning it changes to carbon dioxide and water, you inhale no butane.
Have a look at www.pocketvape.com at the butane taste fallacy link, then come back with an educated opinion.

deep fried brain get off my nuts. FACT: ceramic heating elements are NOT as efficient as glass on glass vaporizers. How do I know this? its about taste my friends its about taste and quality. Ceramics loose their durability over time and tends to heat substances unevenly. The heater on this unit in linear, meaning that you can adjust it anywhere from 140 degrees Celsius to well above 200 so that you can burn hash, resin etc. The glass heating element inside the vapolution actually heats the pyrex glass "whip" part making it all glass on glass. By the way, by portable I meant that you can use it in a car or anywhere there is a cigarette lighter, not put it in a bag portable. Look, the dude wanted a vaporizer that is in the $100 range and is not a piece of shit. So far, this is the only one I have found / used & recommended. By the way I have used the vaporwarez too and it ain't that great and is a little tricky to use. I recommend vapolution as nobody that I've ever talked to that has used it has ever been disappointed. Plus it just plain looks better.

Then how did I get vapor with a vaporstar from herb that has come out of the Volcano as finished?

Just maybe it's because there was THC left behind, and the Vaporstar can reach a little further.

The Vaporstar is fast and easy to use because of the amount of control over how much heat you suck through your herb, and you don't need a bag to catch the vapor-it's a direct shot to the lungs.

I'm not busting your balls over this fella, I'm just asking you to hold your peace until you've tried the piece!

Oh yeah, there's no ceramic in the Vaporstar either-so you were wrong about that too.

Hi, new to this forum.

I post here since i own a Vapolution but also because i ordered a vaporstar (with a mini glass bong) that should be delivered soon.

It's very hard to tell whether a vaporizer works well or not until you tested it by yourself. I've been using the vapolution for 2 months now, and it just works wonderfully. The taste is awesome, and it's ultra efficient (maybe too much, but i'm using some really potent home-grown white widow :thumbsup).

When i first saw the vaporstar video i first thought "man this must really vape the shit out of the bud" and i'm sure it does seeing how it is designed (hot air constantly going through the weed). The vapolution, altough being efficient and all, doesn't use the same system, the herb is put in a glass bowl and the bowl sides are being heated. I can't help but thinking that the vaporstar concept has to be more efficient, but we'll see !

DeepFriedBrain you're maybe one of the most prominent users of the VaporStar worldwide :) Have you ever used something else than the vaporstar ? How does it compare ? Also, how's the taste with the vaporstar ? Being used with a bong, i guess you can obtain fresh vapor by waiting for the vapor to cool up in the chamber ? (well not too long the previous thc could evaporate :D)
