You know that feeling that you get in your body like shit is movin all around and shit....of course im talkin about when high as a kite....and feelin alright....and then the shit moves around in your body and your like holy fuck....it feels like a heart attack or some shit.

i think if we were having a heart attack... no matter how fucked up we were, we'd notice... i do get really bad chest pains after smoking all day, but that's normal... atleast for me... i've been smoking quite a long time..
