waiting forever

I have now been waiting 5 weeks on my seeds ordered from marijuana-seeds.nl. Is this normal????? Or have I been screwed?

i got my seeds from www.marijuana-seeds.nl after a week, try mail them, i got exelent service from them and quick responce
