Hi my name is josh and im from vermont and this is my story. Well i got this friend named carter and he has a brother named chris. well my grilfriend and i like to hang out with carter and get all fucked up and shit usally we smoke pot but some times we get drunk and do pills like suboxone, oxycotin and shit. well anyways carter never pays for any of the shit its just me and my girlfriend paying for all the drugs and carter is always there just along for the ride saying when he gets money he ll smoke us up and shit but never does. well backed to carters brother well chris is like 21 and has a good job making tons of money but wastes it on drugs and shit for him and his girlfriend. so he lives in a shitty slum apartment in the shitty part of vermont. well carter likes to go over to chrises house cause chris always gets carter high and shit. so me and my grilfriend go with carter and smoke our shit with like more people then chris would.well all the guys went out to play hackey sack and smoke cigs out side and shit so i gave my pipe to my girl so i wouldnt lose it. well we played hackey sack for like 3 hours non-stop so i dont really think of where my pipe is i think my girls got it in her purse or something upstairs you know. Well she has it upstairs but its sitting on the arm of the chair and i leave with out it. i call chris like mabe four hours later and he says he cant find it and that he thinks i may have droped it out side and that it wasnt inside his house. well a couple of weeks went by and then word got around that i was mad at carter for mabe knowing something about it. so carter is deathly afraid of so he calls me up and said that he knows what happened to my pipe and that his brother traded my 40 dollar pipe (that was the last pipe a store ever made that got shut down around here)for a Carten of cigs. and Carter said he knew about it for about a week. what should i do about carter who still wants to be my friend and thinks hes not in the wrong. and what should i Do to chris?:rasta:

You said Carter's brother wastes his money on shit like drugs for him and his girlfriend, when you said you did the same exact thing. I guess you are just as "wasteful". Anyways, I just think your friend Carter was covering up for his brother because maybe he was afraid something bad was going to happen (if it truly was his brother who did it); he looks like he had fairly decent intentions at this point. But you need to teach your friend a lesson and get him to pay sometimes, no? Good luck.
