Bongs: Glass or Plastic?

I'm looking to buy a water bong so i went to a headshop and all the nice glass bongs were about 80 dollars and pretty big and nice. The plastic ones were only about forty and a bit smaller. My question is how much better is glass then plastic and why is it better? And last is it even worth it to purchase a water bong becasue im getting sick of glass pieces and joints.

glass all the way. It may be procy and break easier, but has no taste. When you smoke all you taste is green and no harmfull pastic vapors. GO GLASS :thumbsup:
