yes,

yes
A node is basically where any two branches intersect.
So you have the main stalk and then branches come off the main stalk. This area is a node...
i love nodes..
when a branch/plant is young the nodes come out in pairs, a sign of a MATURE plant is when the nodes begin to alternate... They still, sorta come out in pairs but they quickly distance themselves from one another. The branches will no longer be symetrical or across from one another..
There are also secondary nodes.. These are nodes on branches that come off the main stalk..
NODES...
and now you know..
all though I think you KNEW

I am guessing that you are growing outside?
Start tying her down NOW.. use steaks and string and twisty ties...
Try to gentle pull her over.. so that she is actually growing parrallel to the ground....
: )
This will require daily work... She will begin to grow fast and will not want to stay down!!!
: )
Actually I just looked at your picture again.. You have her in a POT...
hmmmm
she may not get that big after all..
can you stick her in the ground..?
She will yield MUCH MUCH more!!
: )

I suppose i could. I have 3 of them. but where i have them at there is alot of shit growing around them. I read that if theres more shit around them like that they steal nutrients so i kept them in buckets. plus the soil where i have them at is clay i think. What do you think that soil is? and another thing i was pondering is in training is there an exact way you need to bend them? you were saying parallel to the soil correct?

The blue circles are alternating nodes on the main stalk...
the red circle are secondary nodes that are not alternating...

you can roll the stem, gently, but firmly between your fingers till it is pliable and just let it hang down, do it right and no wilt ... no stress, just stair step the stem, good lateral SOG
