I friend of mine got so drunk last night he jumped over the counter at Dennys and pissed in the sink. He's in jail right now, I wonder what he's gonna get charged with lol. I wish I woulda been there to see it. Indecent Exposure isn't the greatest thing to have on your record;)

I'm thinking Ind. exposure, public drunkeness, and possibly destruction of property. What do you think?

Apparently in Ohio they are 2 different laws because he's being charged with both.

oh ok, i get it now, indecent exposure is when you show your shit to someone else, public indecency is when you just expose yourself in general, in public. i see how they can charge him with both now, tho to me, they seem like the exact same thing (given the fact he was in public) if he had exposed him self to someone in a house or something, then ran and did that shit, that would of been easier on my brain..
