Bleach isn't good.

I use praying Mantis's and lady bugs.

i thought ladybugs ate aphids..... i cant exactly have a bunch of ladybugs or praying mantises crawling all over my room.... not to mention im scared of ladybugs.... kinda... although a praying mantis would b awesome! ..... i dont think any of the pet stores near me have any praying mantises right now though -.-

Edit--- im a dumbass i quoted the wrong post....
i read that nematodes bite seedlings stems right in half.... like from the soil..... and theres some cactus seedlings in the room with the plants so yah i dont want them being attacked...

i found out today that bleach can kill the soil in ya garden
my dad told me when i was using bleach in the drain
he said dont get it on the soil or nothing will ever grow again in that part
so if bleach can do this to the ground think what it will do if ya start spraying that shit on ya plants
cheers all :)

5% bleach is fine but it will not kill gnats. More then 5% bleach will kill the dirt and harm the plants.

Praying Mantis's are cool. They sit and wobble back and forth. swaying in the wind...and they are soldiers! They eat everything.
They ate a spider that was in the corner!
I bought a cocoon abaout a month ago and they finally hatched last week.
They all doubled in size over the last week. They eat the fungal knats and the lady bugs.
I through about 10 ladybugs a week in there.
There is no better sence of freedom then knowing that your garden has that extra bug protection.
It seems that there are about 20 or so from this one cacoon.
Don't forget to leave some water out for them to drink.
If you get lady bugs instead, make sure you get some regular flower polline.
Otherwise they won't mate.

They are seasonal items but they sell them in eggs. You buy a stick with an egg sack on it and then tie it up in your room.
