To me it looks like those clones were probably taken while from a plant while it was flowering and your clone is in the process of flowering right now.

that looks like mold to me im no pro but from your pics it looks like mold.

I agree about the clones being cut while the plant was in full flower cycle. Hope you have it under 24/7 light.

As for the second question; I aslo agree it's either mold or salt build up from nutrients? That is a problem too for plants so young.

here's the deal with the plant,buddy gave me a plant that was sexed then put back into vegfor about 7 week's, gave it to me , threw it into veg room with other's to young to sex,so i took some clones,they have been under 24\7 since.thing is they were not showing this many hairs when i took the clones is this normal, the white stuff pretty shur it was salt , dryed it out good jabed a stick in the top off the soil found a 1\4 inche crust,removed that and flushed seem to have gone away, but now i have bugs that are harming my plants
