Any of you familiar with the "Ecobulb 75 watt replacement bulb"? It kinda looks like a fluorecent light type only its in the shape of a light bulb and it coils around? Anyway, they put out the equivalent of a 75W bulb, 1100 lumens and use only 18 watts. I was wondering if it would be reasonable to use one of these during the veg. state, and maybe more if necessary, if more would work as far as providing the equivalent of 200+ watts. They are designed for household use to replace standard light bulbs. They put out soft white light.

Those are what we call compact flourescents. They put out more light using less energy making them evergy efficient. You can use soft/cool white for veg and warm for flower if you must do so.
