I popped 4 emery indoor indica mix seeds into some soil and have 4 in a wet paper towel? How many days should it normally take until i see a sprout in my soil? I wanted to try both ways because i have never started any in soil before only a wet paper towel. Im hoping these babies with spring up.

usually, I have seeds between wet paper towels, in a ziplock bag, on a warm surface, for anywhere from 24-48 hours before the seed opens with a taproot ... then, 1/4" deep in soil, maybe come thru the surface a day or two after that :smokin:

I didn't do the paper towel thing on my first grow. Just soaked them in water overnight, and straight to soil in red plastic cups. Put 2 - 3 feet under 400w hps. All sprouted. soonest was 3 days. last, 7. I've read it could take up to 10 to 14 days.

I've seen it in a day and a half before with NLXBB, White Widow, and Mexican Sativa. But four lowryder seeds and they're germenating, but not quite popping above the soil yet and it's been four days! Anyone else had slow germenation with lowryder?

Well, i just got some Lowryder seeds, so i'll have to see, i was hoping it would be fast. My K2 was a 5 day germ, and the Indian Skunk i had was like 6-7 day germ period.
