hey iam gonna start growing my 1st serious plant. iam got these questions :

1)what kind of lights should i get and how many? also how much are the lights and where can i get them
2)where should i grow it
3)how often should i water the plant and how often should i put the lights on it
4) last one :P if i grow outside, do i still need to buy lights?
