I'm not sure which reptile forum you were at, but my wife is allways browing one of them for her bearded dragon and they're all pricks. Someone will put a shit load of work into a habitat and when they post pics everyone slams the person for having a shitty setup. I told her that most of them are loosers who couldn't have kids so they got a bunch of lizzards and called them babies. Now they don't know how to interact with real people.

yea you've got peeps here. And I like the site. We've only fed expo (the dragon) worms a few times. Mostly crickets and other stuff, but my wifes nana has a deep phobia of worms. She can's stand them, so breeding them would be hard while we're still here. I'll show her your site when she gets home. Once we get our own place, I'm gonna setup a big ass booth like they have at the zoo. I've seen instructions on the reptile room on how to make your own caves and shit and it looks easy as hell.

I'm not sure how much they are in a store, but we got him at the reptile expo at daytona beach (hence his name expo) for $25. My uncle in law works at the central florida zoo in the with the herps so he gave us a tour around the place and helped up pick out a young one that would die in a week (hard to tell when they're that young). He hasn't been hard to raise. Like you said, plenty of uvb rays, keep the temperature right and keep him fed on high protein stuff and greens. Ohh and of course gut loading the bugs to feed and making sure he gets plenty of calcium.
