If condoms had been used then why did the medical report say there was NO sign of ANY sexual activity? And if condoms are used in rape would there not at least be visible signs after claiming that 3 men (not one) 3....had forcefully raped a woman? Its not over..some people don't like looking foolish and the DA said he will not drop the case..he needs to admit he was wrong. At this point there are 46 young men that some have actually had to move because of safety concerns..46 samples came back that did not match any of them...the medical report submitted to the prosecutors and defense says no sign of sexual activity? If the DA has any other evidence he would have already charged them..and the only evidence that is not back yet is the combings..pubic hair samples..so he is literally holding on by a hair. Its strange how DNA is touted as admissable in court but now all of a sudden..DNA does not mean anything?! Yeah right..if that DNA had come back positive match..those players would be crucified right now! So whats up with their support when DNA exonerated them? Because no one here wants to say the truth?
