Hurray! First seeds of the season have germinated!!

I'm growing Lowryder this year I planted the seeds on tuesday last and all five have germinated perfectly. I'm putting 5 more on today. If all goes well then I should be HARVESTING on May 30th. This is so cool I'm hoping to get about about 4or5 harvests of 5 plants which will yeild about 20 to 25 Oz's (about 700Gs) dried. I'll be taking notes through out the growing cycle to tell everyone whats working or not working for me. So the story so far.
On Tuesday 4th of April I planted 5 Lowryder in a mix of ericaecious compost and 25% perlite. Seeds were then lightly watered and put in a fairly sunny window inside. That night two went under a bulb, but they didn't come up much quicker then the ones on the window. During the day I moved them back to the window. They are all looking strong and healthy I'm keeping them moist but not to damp. one seedling in already one inch high.:dance:

If anyone has any tips for me on growing Lowryder That would be great>:)

I may be wrong, but if you said your going to be growing 10 lowryders then about half, maybe more will probs be male, and i dont think you'll be getting anywhere near 20 ounces... Although i may be compltely wrong, im not much use when im stoned lol!

Lowryders are absolutly great plants and i wish i had some seeds, i do ANYTHNG to grow it, but i cant find any seeds and i dont user my credit card over the net for anything, including seeds.

Ahh... keep us imformed... i really wanna see pics too... and tell us how they're comming along...

LIP, you want some Lowryder seeds? Ive still got a few left, sent Buster a few and Ive still got about 10 left - and Ive got 1 male and 1 female, so Ill get some more after this.

Oh, 10 Lowryders WILL NOT give you 20 ounces. Nowhere near - youre looking at an ounce MAXIMUM per plant, if grown with a 400w or above lamp, and thats including mylar and ferts. If you take a ganders at the forums over at www.everyonedoesit.com and search for 'Lowryder', youll get the grow diary of Mumu come up - he got just over 3 ounces from 3 plants, grown with nutes/ferts and a 400w HPS.
And hate to make you really upset, but you only get 1 harvest from each plant because of the autoflowering trait. If you want something thats easy to grow, relatively non-smelling, larger harvests and short plants, go for a LR cross like Minigun - thats AK47xLR, but I havent been able to find it anywhere. Apparantly its 100% autoflowering aswell, but thats only what Ive heard.
