Mylar
This material reflects 95% of the light that hits it. Great to use on walls to optimize light reflectivity.

Visqueen Plastic Black/White
Visqueen is a plastic that's black on one side and white on the other. It's 85% reflective and 100% opaque, which makes it a great option for use as reflective material or to use to block out light. Visqueen can also serve as plastic lining whereever it's needed. Very durable and washable, Visqueen comes 10 ft. wide

Foylon
Make your light more effective by using Foylon in your grow space. Foylon reflects radiant energy by 95% and heat energy by 85%. Made of spun polyester fabric and reinforced with foil laminate, Foylon is resistant to most solutions, won't tear or fade, and can be wiped or washed clean. Comes 4.5 feet wide

Mylar is the best, but if you got a good light, just painting the wall white will survice.

There is also something called ADF. Supposidly it prevents your grow room from thermal imaging equipment and reflects the same as Mylar. Does anyone use ADF..
