Take everything out and clean the shit out of it. Get some bug bombs and let them rip one day. Come back, clean everything again (especially the dishes and stuff) and then lay traps and get some of that gel stuff. Keep the traps fresh as well as the gel and you're be fine as long as you don't keep uncovered food around. Make sure you wash your dishes when your done.

Get some carbon, say from the inside of a battery, let it dry out, so you have black carbon powder. Now get some hydrogen peroxide and put some in a bottol. Add your powdered carbon, put lid on, through at cock roaches and run the fuck outta your house. You would have just made a simple pressure bomb...

Or you can use fat from almost any animal, boil it, get the gliscerien (sp?) from the top layer, add some nitric acid and you have nitro glicerien... And that means DYNAMITE.

I would like to point out, both of these bombs are extremely dangerous and should never be made by ANYONE, and i talk from experice. They can easily kill you, so just dont make it.

But its a run way to kill bugs!

I lived in and was the plumber for a 336 Apt. complex... The buildings comprised of 4 Apt's. each... The 2 years I lived there I maybe seen 10 roaches... The other 3 Apt's. in my building as well as mine were kept clean... In the Hispanic and Middle Eastern sections of the complex the roaches were crawling all over the place... The Middle Eastern's kept rancid oil and grains in their closets... The Hispanic's were just plain slobs... There was White trash sections that were slobs also... I felt bad for the clean people that ended up in a building that had a slob in it,but still the roaches were not as bad as the slobs own Apt...

If you keep dirty dishes in the sink or crumbs on the counters & floor you will never resolve the roach problem... They eat what we eat and multiply as fast as conditions will let them,in other words if there is no food they stop reproducing as to not jeopardies their food source...

Benagain's method is about the best you can do,but if your a slob,,, they will be back...

Back to the cockroach question: Get the 12 month COMBAT, but change them every three months. An exterminator told us this several years ago, and it works.

move to washington state, cockroaches can't live up there, too cold... my grandma lived up there when she was young, she had never seen a roach in her life until she came to texas....

either way, wait it out... they only have a few months right before summer where they literally all come out of the woodwork... if you live in an apartment/dorm you might as well give up right now, becuase even if you clean everything, to make it make a hosptial look disgusting, you are still subject to everyone else's dirty habbits...

Roaches can be easily poisoned with boric acid. Folks used to mix it with a little corn meal and put it in their cupboards. Sometimes they would just scatter it around. Roaches are amazing creatures. They are immune to radiation that will kill almost anything and have been here since before the dinosaurs. Boric acid is much safer than standard bug poisons. In fact, boric acid is sometimes used as an eye wash (very dilute, of course).
