Howdy Daisy,
I try to stay away from it,myself. I try not to hold anger in my heart or be around dark souls..after all--misery loves company,ie,they try and drag us down to their level,in order to justify their existance. As one grows spiritually, one's discerment of these dark individuals, becomes more keen and finely focused, dysfuntional behaviour and prioritization, become more apparent and we gain the ability to avoid such.
My gal and I,always try to be positive and my home , is an oasis of harmony and Light,my friends can come here and know that they will be safe and not be castigated for every little thing that they say or do..we give them advice to promote harmony in their lives..and we take care of them,un-conditionally..with un-conditional love.
After all--But for the Grace of God..there go I .
Have a good one ! :stoned:

My life is centered around three things. Reducing my suffering (in any way), using marijuana as a kind of lever to pry open my true self, and using dilligent physical work to become more aware of the differences between the things I experience and the way I feel.
For me it is necessary to stay away from negative energy, because it in turn causes suffering.
So yeah, I stay away from bad Juju.

defintely. There is a slippery slope with negative energy. It's so easy to let it consume you. The true test is actually letting go of the things that don't really matter. You will have a lighter unburdened soul and will have more energy to put into better positive (self growth rather than destruction) things.
Pretty common stuff, but the hard part is putting into practice. I can't say it's ever easy.

PS- think of this when you get angry, nobody has any true control over your happiness other than you, so just check your self when you get angry.

Howdy Daisy,
I wasn't sure if you were meaning what you did,but I had a feeling..I felt yer pain and had to respond..now I know that I was right:thumbsup:
I'm so happy, that we have managed to make you feel better:)
There's much to be grateful for and many times we forgit that,be grateful for the blessings that you have and be aware, that you are the captain of your ship.
Have a good one ! :stoned:

I find myself in and out of the whirlpool at times, although I always want to be out. I know I'm not a dark entity, but I'm always fighting depresion. Weed helps that A LOT!!!
Kudos to everything Torog said! That's really where I'd like to be spiritually eventually.:smokin:
