ok, forget everything you know about weed and shit, forget getting sick or any of that... ok i was talking to friends the other day, and they said that they plan on smoking a pound for 420, well after more talking, they try and convince me that the dealers they get their shit from, will literally get boxes of phillies and take a pound (not 3 qps, not just under a pound, a solid POUND) of weed (from what i've smoked, it'd would be light-moderate mids) and smoke the whole damn pound just between a few people (maybe up to 10-15, but not like no 30-50 people) so, within even a day, is it possible, smoking only blunts for even 15 people to smoke that much matter? or is this total bullshit, and i'm only meaning the phsyics of it, not tollerances and all that.... it seems like bullshit, i mean i could understand if huge pipes/bongs and other shit were involved, but smoking a pound worth the sweets, in one day with no more then 10-15 people, well that just literally seems impossible to do, even if the weed had no effect on you, just the mere thought of burning up that much material, in only sweets, seems impossible.

I'm sure it's possible but really really wasteful. After a while there's no way they can get any higher. They prolly smoke the rest just to smoke it then pass out for the night. I'd hate to wake up a pound less of weed.

according to them, this is a regular happening... when i said "i dont' think i could handle smoking that goddamned much" they looked at me like i was crazy and said "you can't hang?" the most i've smoked in any given day would of been an ounce or two... not to mention, too many sweets and i'll puke (just cuz of the sweet it's self, not the weed) i also think they said they wanted to come over here with like 1 more person (would be 4 total) and shut the atttic off and smoke a solid pound with me for 4-20... i dunno whether to do it or not (if they're even being serious)

I hate people who say that shit. "you can't hang?" whatever. Some people are just fucking stupid. Thinking you have to roll the biggest blunt and smoke it all. If your tolerance is so high that a fat joint of regs won't do you well, then go to something dank. If that doesn't work, then move on to something more or take a break. They're just dumbasses that think you're a puss if you don't waste weed. I can hang with the best, but expect me to pass when I feel high enough. After a certain point, you just can't get any higher and the weed is wasted.

it wouldnt' be mine, and they've basicly said that they (the dealers) do it all the time, sometimes of which both the people that were at my house, and telling me this have been involved in the pound smoking, it just seems physically impossible to me...

onto the next question, if i'm presented with the oppurtunity, should i take it? i've never been known to get sick from smoking alone (i will get sick from mixing with other drugs, i will get sick if i smoke too many cigar-skins) i just don't know if i'd even wanna smoke a whole pound if i had the chance... i would lprobably have to take like a month long break following it, just so i could get high with a normal ammount (i.e. not having to smoke a half oz or more just to get high)

i always take the stance of "it's not my money, i'm not going to tell people how to spend it", so that's why i've kind of just "heard" the "waste" parts of the post, as opposed to responding to it, openly i guess you'd say.

i'm not hoping very high, becuase i really don't believe they do it... but if they actually show up with it, why not... if nothing else i did think of this, i'm going to get them to smoke out of as many peices i own as i possibly can. which is a pretty good ammount. 2 glass bongs, 2 glass pipes, a steam roller, a gasmask, gravity bong, and i'll even rig up my bong that's 'out of commision'.

if they actually do show up, i can't wait to scrape my pipes a few days down the road when my tollerance has settled down.... yea that's going to be fun.

^Right on, if you can smoke that much weed... you need to find better weed, and you need to take a break, seriously who wants to have to smoke that much to gte high? I'd much rather take a few bong rips spend about 1/16 of the money maybe even less, and get just as high.

Yeah, just smoke as much as humanly possible. I doubt you'll make it all the way through, but that doesn't matter. Cannabis is the only drug you can safely do these kinds of things with. Pretty much any other drug brings with it the dangers of overdose. So just keep toking till you can't toke any more, and make sure you have enough lighters and munchies.
