Just to remind you who this man is... He is a father of 3 and was growing marijuana for medicine ONLY..... Randy had only 4 plants and got sentenced to 3 years incarciation (sp) $5,000.00 fine and 3 years supervised probation.
This man is in Ohio and this was a first offense... Randy is a very sick man and did not deserve this harsh of punishment. This guest book is to let him know hes not doing this alone..... Thank you ahead of time...

I have filled out and submitted the ACLU form for legal assistance. Hopefully they will jump all over this. Randy's being railroaded and the world needs to know! Judge C Ashley Pike said and I quote " He wants to sentence 1 million man years before he retires.. Randy needs out of prison and ACLU I believe can make that happen.
Lets get Randy out of jail
