Let's get to the point. I'm a daily toker at the very least, Burning has become apart of my daily life on this rock we call earth. It's starting to take it's toll. I get burnt out hard core and I dont get as high as I would like and it doesn't last nearly as long and It takes more Reefer.
What do you guys think? I know working out helps...

Working out or better yet taking a break. It's hard but it's the only way.

I smoke from when i wake to when i go to bed, as well as get up during the night to smoke. My tolerance is humungously huge.A few cones is just an appetizer for me,Im a full-on mull-pig, Man Ide hate to be my lungs. I have to exercise heaps otherwise i just fall asleep. But after so many years smoking it just mellows me out. Im a fit as stoner,lol.I also eat like a horse, Im always starving.Im a munchie queen, screw diets.

well I dont see any harm in just increasing the levels of THC
I read the other day that a person would have to smoke hundreds pounds of weed in just 15 minutes to overdose.
I'd avoid concentrated cannabis like hash or oil, because that is still a felony most places in the U.S.
I'd start looking into the strongest known varieties like white russian, white widow, ect.  
Another thing you could try is switching to weeds of different effects..... for example, how about psychedlic (origional haze), a body numbing pure indica (aphgani) , or a soaring high from a pure sativa (thai).

if you keep different strains it won't happen nearly as bad.  i try to keep 3-4 strains around varying from all sativa to all indica with the "dom's" mixed in the middle and i can't recall any tolerance probs for decades...it just doesn't happen!

I wish I could get strain names and indica and sativa variations. Round here we got regulo, damn near, dro, and purple haze.

Listen, simplest way to lower your tollerance is stop for a few weeks, although if you smoke like you say you do then I'm sure you'd get depressed, because withdrawal will occur. 
During those weeks drink fluids, workout when you're bored, you'll get fit and if you smoke a month later it will feel amazing. Nights will be hard becuase weed will be all you will think about so hang with friends who won't temp you or talk about it and eventually the urges will subside and you'll feel a hell of a lot clear headed and healthier than you do now.  I promise.
EDIT: smoke or give away what you have left before you give it up becuase you'll never quit if you have immediate access to it.

yeah, it helps when one can have a garden but still, it's not hard getting to know a grower.  hell, they hang out all over the net so get acquainted with a few and when their next harvest happens they'll have a friend they know well enough...know what i mean?  that's how a lot of us use the mail and rarely to never have probs with it.  it takes patience and common sense but most growers don't keep it all to themselves...

yup, i smoke from wake up to sleep, and so do all my friends. i usually chill at my buddies, and on a daily i smoke with 10+ people, and im around about 5+ blunts a day, few joints, bowls, or whatever else is rippin. my tolerance is ridiculous, all of last year it was ounces being smoked all day every day from april 05 - auagust 05, then i slowed it down a little.....but thats how its starting to look like now, zips daily..not very uncommon anyway

I used to have mega tolerance when I smoked like a fiend. I find it more enjoyable now to smoke less (once or twice a day), and get monumentally blazed when I do. I did spend a few years being fairly stoned 16 hours a day, by smoking constantly, but I prefer the small-amount-massive-high thing these days. Wish I'd gone that route earlier, actually.

Yep, I agree, take a short break or even consider cutting way down.  If it's not fun, it's not even worth doing!
u can never not be high of the sinsi.u just get usto it.A Bong Hit lasts me about 30m,but to get really blazed i would need at least 4 an hours.And then am shit facet

Try this:
Take a toke in a crouched position.  Then stand up.  The lungs will hold onto the smoke better and give you a bigger high.
Ideally you should just start at 4:20.:)

lol did this a couple times, i feel high as fuck but i don't know if it helped so i guess i'll pack another bowl and try again lol
as for tolerance issues, if you are smoking more than one time during the day, i'd try and stop and lower it to once a day, preferably night time because i feel after the days gone by i can get highest the most.

Why haven't I needed to increase the amount of Pot that I smoke in order for my injury to feel the effect, which is one hit, after four years of physically feeling the effect soothe it in this manner?
Once you start getting your cannabinoid receptors activated, then smoking pot isn't as much of a shock to your system.

I do the EXACT same thing i grow my own and buy from the club keep a good # off differnt strains and mixing indica's and sativa's and you'll find your self getting all sort of fucked up... :smokin: Also try and pace yourself , Take one good ass hit (i'll clear a bowl) and then wait like 10-15 min let it settle in and then take another rip and wait... also try and get ahold of a good vaporizer like a volcano thing owns......:smokin:

i used to smoke like four times a day, a couple bowls with 3 or 4 people.i took a break for a week and have one  or two bowls last me all day. ive moved back in with my parents temporarily and its difficult to share since no one is around.

I think you missunderstanding how tolerance breaks work on heavy smokers. Hasn't anyone ever heard of reverse tolerance? Well it's lovely:) . If you smoke only on the weekends or a few times a week, you might need to take a month or so off to feel and drop in tolerance, but if your an everyday toker like me, one week or so off the herb will go you wonders.

But how much tolerance would you even have in the first place if you only smoked a few times a week?

well, silly, TAKE A BREAK! i personally am an enthusiastic break taker. every two or three months i'll take a 1-2 week break from smoking. i call this my cleansing period. i give up herb, soap, shavingmpoo, fried and processed foods, i stop shaving my legs and driving  my car or wearingmakeup. i pretty much avoid putting anything in or on my body that isn't freakishly natural.just fruits, veggies nd water. so a week later, i feel cleansed and totally renewed. and when i take that first celebratory hit and a swig of cherry coke, its like an orgasm. i highly recommend it
I have no tolderance. I've smoked every day for the last 4 years, and by every day, at least 7 grams a day. I've never had to take a break, and 1 joint still gets me fucked. I dont think it lasts quite as long as it used to, but it doesnt bother me. Maybe in the next year/2 years i might try and take a break for a week or two, but then again, without weed my back pain/headaches/knee problem become unbearable.

There's the reason right there haha. A quad is like a pack of cigs full of nug, so it would be roughly 15-20 (.7) joints. That should be enough to keep any toker stoned all day haha.
