Howlong from seed ,untill i should use the 400w Mh conversion bulb for veg with my cfl?

you can use it at anytime you want just keep the light 3ft above the plant and work your way down. do the hand test 1st.

I'd say CFL's for a week, then put it under the MH and yeah the hand test works
