How much catalyst is too much?

So I've been playing with Earth Juice Catalyst, which is essentailly the same thing as Liquid Karma. I've found that concentrations closer to the normal concentration really make a difference in plant growth but weak concentrations have almost no effect. Can anyone tell me what concentration can safely be used? I'd like to reap the benefits as much as possible.
