Am I ready for Jack?

Well, I've been smoking for about two months, and the past few weeks I've been smoking usually around an 8th of high-end mid-grade a day. That is the strongest weed I've ever had. I had bought some "bubblegum" and some other shit that was supposed to be really good, but the "mid-grade" that I get is way better than that. Other mid-grade isn't as good as the mid-grade that I've been buying, and lately when I get high, it's no big deal anymore, it's not any type of experience like it used to be, it gets boring unless I smoke enough to get blazed. Lately, when I've been getting high, my mouth doesn't even get dry, I still feel "high", but not high enough, not like when I used to. The first 3 or 4 times I smoked, I would get paranoid, and then I'd know I'm high. Now, I don't even feel it hit me, it just gradually hits me, and it's not as good, unless I smoke alot.

In town, everybody is making a big deal that "Jack's Back in town!" apparently it's a type of really fucking dank weed, and it's name is "jack hair" (sp). Everyone is always like "You HAVE to meet jack!" and making such a big deal. It's quite expensive, $25 for half of an 8th, and money really isn't an issue for me, I'm just wondering if this will hit me hard, and fuck me up, or if it will just be another normal feeling high, that isn't that much thrilling. I also don't want to smoke this Jack if it will make me see shit and stuff. I like feeling blazed, where if I stare at something, it will appear to be close, or far away, and I won't know what I'm talking about, and I'll forget what I just said. That's how weed used to be for me, but now, I can still function normally, I just get a slight buzz. My friend told me it's because I smoke too much, and if I just do it on the weekends, it wlil be just as good as it usually is. Well, has anyone heard of this "Jack Hair", if so, is it really good, overrated, and if you tried it, what was the experience like?

Jack Herer - and it is some dank shit. It is on my grow list this summer. High sativa content - very high THC content. Thats expensive as hell though... Still, if it was decently grown, you might try it if you haven't had any really good smoke...

Jack Herer is my all time favorite strain. It's seriously potent but still a nice up, active happy high. $50 an 1/8 is definitely a reasonable price for a top strain like this, not sure what Delta means by "expensive as hell" .

Well, what level is Jack Herer, like, is it better than chronic or equal? See, the "good shit" I've smoked has only been indica, and I don't really like indica. It doesn't impaire me or get me blazed, it just makes me feel extremely comfortable, and my mind gets really clear, but it doesn't get me blazed like I want to be.

The stuff I've been smoking, my best friend gets from his neighbors, and he calls it "high end mid grade", it has alot of trichomes and dark red hairs, and it can really fuck me up, but after smoking an 8th daily, when I smoke it, it doesn't relaly get me blazed, just high, and it's kind of "nonchalant" and "routine".

I don't want to smoke anything that will make me paranoid, or hallucinate, I just want to be impaired. I want to be able to smoke less and get high, because I have to smkoe alot of this shit now, to ge tme blazed... My friends say I just need to cut back.

It's kind of like cigarettes. When I first started smoking, I loved the nice feeling buzz I got, but after a few weeks of smoking many times daily, I no longer got that good feeling, it juts became rouitine, and I'd smoke and hope that I'd get that feeling. Now the only way to get that feeling is to stop for a while and then start again... I have an extremely addictive personality though, I just keep smoking more and more pot, and then get pissed when it doesn't effect me like it uesd to...

What weed would be good for me, above mid-grade? I've never smoked chronic or hydro I don't believe, but I do want a sativa, because I don't really like indicas that much... Jack Herer is only in town for a short period of time. My friends all rant and rave about it, because apparently they've tried it the past two years when it's been in town... what would you suggest I buy? Because I can also get some chronic "hydroly" grown this Sunday.

The thing I'm worried about, is the fact that I usually get an 8th for $30 and it will only last me a night, then I'll want more. I don't want to be 25 dollars for a small amount of pot, unless I'm sure it will be worth it, and I won't need as much to fuck me up, you know?

you really need to smoke less! let you tolerance drop then smoke less often! trying some new kinds might help, different buds bring different highs, ive never smoked jack herer but i have heard its reall good both the high and the taste! FYI the chronic is a strain by serious seeds, even though most people use it as a slang meaning good bud, same as dank etc. as for buying hydro, thats just the way it was grown! you can by hydroponically grown but that is shit if the seeds, or genetics were bad or the plant wasnt taking care of! again it has been turned into a slang in some cases. stoners mix names and slangs up like crazy!:D

I would go ahead and get the Jack Herer. I have never smoked this strain, but I HAVE had some bomb ass weed that must be at least close to it. If all you've smoked is "high-mid," then you will be fuckin blown away by this shit. For me, there is simply no comparison between mids and dank. Every time I get some dank I realize how much better it is and end up telling myself that I wont buy mids ever again (but of course I do).

50 dollars for an 8th of weed is the general average price for dank. And you need to stop smoking an eigth a day.. your tolerance must be shot. I only smoke like enough to get me pretty decent and then stop (usually about half a bowl is more than sufficient.)

There is a strain called Chronic but most people just use "chronic" as a term to describe good weed, like "Dank", or "KB" etc. So "chronic" could be used to describe any of hundreds of different strains. "Hydro" just refers to how the weed was grown so could also be used to describe hundreds of different strains.

Jack Herer is considered to be one of the top strains out there. If schwagg is a Yugo, Mids are a Honda Civic, and Chronic is a Porche, Jack Herer would be a Lamborghini. Got the picture.
