No, not anything.
I may be wrong, but I think you can request that a state police is there to witness the search, so the police couldn't search unless there's one there. Unless the cop really suspects something, I doubt they'd call in state police.

just tell them no they dont smell anything and that you DO NOT give them permession to search your car! most cop make shit up so they can search you car with the hope of finding something, so if you say no and they were messing with you they will probably leave you alone, if they really think you have something there will get a drug dog out there then your screwed! as for cops being able to do anything they want, they can, but they still do cause there no one thats going to stop them so be careful, they dont always obey the laws themself! i one had a cop tell me to get out of my car cause he wanted to kick my ass! he didnt like that i told him i hoped he died today!:D so i said fuck you im not getting out and i drove away(he already had givin me my ticket) i peeled out right in front of him and gave him the bird!

the answer to your question is yes. i have heard that straight from the mouth of a cop, its true, if the cop smells weed, he isnt going to say he cant smell it because you say you cant, that is like if he saw a dead person foot sticking out and you said "well i dont see it so fuck you"

yes you can request a state trooper before he does but all he needs is probable cause so if he does smell it he certainly can search your car.

Yes, he can. Yes, he will. My advice to you is to not keep your weed in your car if you can help it and to hide it extremely well if you need to. Most cops won't have a dog with them so if you hide it in something or somewhere completely inconspicuouse (for example, inside a glove rolled up inside its counterpart in a backpack...for small bags. He'd likely look in the pack, but inside the gloves like he's going to check inside every little nook and cranny. If he did he'd be looking for an hour and he has other shit to do!)

if they say they smell something just say u dont smell anything. and if they ask to search say no and if they really want to search u they have to call for a drug dog to come and sometimesthats either too much trouble or it is not available at that time. this happened to a freind of mine. got pulled over and had been smoking in the car just before then. so it wasnt smokey in the car but it smelled. so the officer asked to search and he said no several times and they had to call for the dogs cause they knew he had something. and they waited like an hour and they never came and the cop came back and said they were on another call and he was lucky and free to go.
