I aint askin how to fuckin dispose of the godamn stems. I was just trying to setup a thread that will help the newbies. Show them how to clean up good so their grow op doesn't get busted.
I was askin for any thing every body does on this forum that they think is a good way to cut electricity or dispose of parts of the plant and or marijuana growing material.
Thats all. Just tryin to fuckin help. call me a moron. Bitch, no offense.
Well fair enough, i stand corrected.
If people are careful enough and dont go spouting off to anyone, they shouldnt get caught, but the best way to dispose of anything so their is no evidence is to burn it all in a bon-fire in the back garden.... put aload of old rubbish in it too... people wont know...

Only turn the water heater on when you need it. They are 4500 watts usually.
I know a person who got raided from what they found in his trash. It is not legal but they lost there house from it.
Here is a way to beat the case if it does happen.
California v. Greenwood, 486 U.S. 35 (1988)[1], was a United States Supreme Court case that held that the Fourth Amendment does not prohibit the warrantless search and seizure of garbage left for collection outside the curtilage of a home.
Background
In early 1984, Investigator Jenny Stracner of the Laguna Beach Police Department learned from various sources that Billy Greenwood might be selling drugs out of his single-family home. In April, Stracner asked the neighborhood's regular trash collector to pick up the plastic garbage bags that Greenwood left on the curb in front of his house. In the garbage, she found evidence of drug use. She used that information to obtain a warrant to search Greenwood's home. When officers searched the house, they found cocaine and marijuana. Greenwood and Dyanne Van Houten were arrested and released on bail.
In May, another investigator again had the garbage collectors pick up the garbage bags left on the curb. The garbage again contained evidence of drugs, the police obtained another search warrant, and they found more drugs and evidence of drug trafficking in the house.
The California Superior Court dismissed the charges against Greenwood and Van Houten on the ground that warrantless trash searches violated the Fourth Amendment and the California Constitution. The Court of Appeal affirmed. The California Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal.
Decision
By a 6-2 vote (Justice Kennedy took no part in the case), the Court held that under the Fourth Amendment, no warrant was necessary to search the trash because Greenwood had no reasonable expectation of privacy in it. Although Greenwood had hidden the trash from view by putting in opaque plastic bags and expected it to be on the street only a short time before it would be taken to the dump, the Court believed it to be ??common knowledge? that garbage at the side of the street is ??readily accessible to animals, children, scavengers, snoops, and other members of the public.? Moreover, Greenwood had left the trash there expressly so that the trash collector, a stranger, could take it. Quoting Katz v. United States, the court concluded that "[w]hat a person knowingly exposes to the public, even in his own home or office, is not a subject of Fourth Amendment protection."
Greenwood also argued that the evidence should be excluded under the California Constitution, which the California Supreme Court had interpreted to prohibit warrantless searches of garbage left at the curb. An amendment to the California Constitution, however, had eliminated the exclusionary rule for unconstitutionally obtained evidence. The Court rejected Greenwood??s claim that the amendment violated the Due Process Clause. It held that so long as the police conduct did not violate federal law, ??California could permissibly conclude that the benefits of excluding relevant evidence of criminal activity do not outweigh the costs.?
[edit]
Dissent
Justice Brennan reasoned that the possibility the police or other ??unwelcome meddlers? might rummage through the trash bags ??does not negate the expectation of privacy in their contents any more than the possibility of a burglary negates an expectation of privacy in the home.? Under United States v. Chadwick, the bags could not have been searched without a warrant had Greenwood been carrying them in public. Merely leaving them on the curb for the garbage man to collect, Brennan argued, should not be found to remove that expectation of privacy, for ??[s]crutiny of another's trash is contrary to commonly accepted notions of civilized behavior.?

The lights in your home, you could replace any incandescent bulbs with low wattage compact fluorescents. This will save you a couple bucks.

I am to lazy to do it myself it is just an idea. Maybe 80 dollars a month if you live alone. In Europe they use this box which heats the water as it passes through which is even more effiecent as you have no water tank and no wasted heat. A water heater blanket is helpfull aswell.

CrusadeBoxer is right - Get a timer for the water heater and insulate the shit out of it.. I found $500 in savings last year by installing that little do-hickie on my water heater. My electric bill now is $95 (+/-$15) for a 1400 sq feet house, with Electric - a hot tub(kept at 102), water heater, range/stove, 60" TV, and 800w of growing forum. Disclamer - I use Propane for heat that is delivered.

Jdog I changed my name to Chris Seekins for a couple of reasons.
1. Spending 8 hours a day on the site answering questions the number of posts I had was skyrocketing and I did not want to have more then others.
2. I have been reading threads where people are worried about getting caught so I decided to use my real name to set them at ease.
3. I did not think it would cause any one any pain or trouble.
4. Why not?
My Karmaxul account was banned for starting another name.
Then my Chris Seekins account was banned because Zandor says I am a scammer.
I have sent money to people on the site and never got merchendice, but never the other way around. My fert. business was adverticed in High Times last month in the first ever all organic annual issue as the only fert add in the magizine. I do not try to push my product and recommend other organic products that people are familar with to not step on any toes. It seems some people thought it would be funny to say I was someone named Tricome Creator and after many times of saying I was not and even showing documents that I was not they felt it would be fun to give me a head ache and hard time. Not appreciated. It is no secert that I am a grower and since High Times is doing an article about me in the next issue I felt why not just use my real name. I am not worried about the police or the feds.
I have respect for many people on the forum and find it a great place to teach new growers and also learn. I try to answer any question I can as I have had alot of experience watching thousands of my plants grow. I have made many educational threads in the new organics section and mostly wish to help crop new growers as I have time and that is what I love to do.

Mobay keep talking like a bitch and I will hack your system through back doors in your program, find your ip and internet provider, hack their system, get your address and pay your cute ass a visit. Hope you got an extra set of teeth. Keep testing me once you reach the limit thats it there is no turning back. I will not tell you when you get there you will know two years later. Like milkshakes?
Zandor - I recommend you dont have kids you seem like the kind of person who vents their frustrations out on the weak. You know instead of coming home stressed out and playing with the kids helping you destress, you would just use your authority position to yell and be a dick cuz your a money lovin, power hungrey, yuppy control freak.
:(
Education and respect?

Joining the bandwagon is what cops do.
I am not sure about your statement are you saying I am trying to bust people by contacting congress about legalization, and teaching people how to grow?
Was spray painting cannabis leaves all over my house some kind of secert conspiracy.
Come on man I used the same sig., the same aviator, and took up the same discustions with the other name. The only thing is my number of posts was kept down so in three months I would not be 7000 posts a head of everyone else. It was no secert I was not the same person. Even if it was I do not see how that would hurt anyone.
As for the qoutes above if you read the thread I said I was kidding and I would never hurt anyone that did not try to take my life. I was a bit annoyed with people knowingly trying to give me a headache and thinking it was funny. I say if you put out energy you should be able to take it back. If you get upset taking back your energy even if it was some sort of twisted joke then your purpose was to cause pain and nothing more to support a low self esteem. Did you read the threats Zandor and Mobay were giving me over and over before I decided to see how they would react to the same energy.

Obviously you only read the dissenting Judges' opinion.
Anything you put in your trash is not protected by the fourth amendment. This also goes for odors and heat you do not attempt to keep on the premises.
In short: Anything you don't take steps to maintain ownership of is not protected by the fourth amendment.

Think of it this way. If you turn your tv off with the remote, then by your logic if you walked over to the tv then hit the power button it should remain off, cause it was still on. But that won't happen, it will turn on, because it was turned off with the remote.

I am not sure i understand you last post...
?
Actually I KNOW I dont understand it...
Many TV's have two switches...
For a TV to recaognize the remote, it always has to be ON..
Even when the picture is off....
But if you FIND the MAIN power swtitch on the TV.. you can turn the TV off and Turnoff the TV's ability to receive information from the remote...
Now it is really off and USING ZERO power..
right?
or
wrong?

So youre saying that 'modern' TV's have no standby feature, and no plug where they plug into the mains?
Modern TVs suck :p
Oh, and getting rid of stems/waste plant material - just bury it in the garden. Piece of pie.

I just buried my tv as instructed.
How long does it take to crack?
What is the best temp to germinate?
I left my car over it running to keep it warm at night, if it has not germinated yet would the exhaust harm it?
It is fairly windy were I am so most of the exhaust gets blown away. If you think the exhaust is benefical I will turn the car around.
Does it need to be plugged in to geminate?
