This is my first crop. These 3 plants were planted all at the same time and up until a week ago, were all growing at the same rate. Now for the past week the larger one has grown enormously but the other 2 have not grown at all. They have started to turn a bit yellowish and the leaves are very loose and flimsy. Sum1 mentioned that they may be over stretched ??? i don't know how to stop them from stretching ??? If anyone can help me i'd be very grateful.

Thanks

Bob

those pots you got em in need more drainage holes.
the soil looks real moist.
add perlite to your soil and repot into a larger container
with many many drain holes.[use a drill]
they dont look that bad.
repot em and if they are grown indoor
you should flower soon.

Shud u just drill into the sides or u mean just in the bottom of the pots ?

Do they just flower on there own or will they bud when i decrease the light time ?

Re-pot in bigger pots, make sure the soil has alot of perlite.

In answer to your Q the plants will normally show preflowers on a vegative light cycle, but they need to be alot older than those plants. They wont bud though on vegative light cycle unless they are ruderalis. (Auto-flowering strains)

Put the lights on 12/12 when you want to bud the plants.

The smaller ones look like they are streching for the light, move it closer to avoid this.

Make sure the light doesnt burn the bigger one though.

the buds will start when they have been in complete darkness for 12 hours straight every day after about 10-14 days youll see male or female flowers.
its better to flower now cuz they double in size during flower and if they are too big the light wont be efficient.start flower soon and youll have one fat bud instead of a lot of lil ones.

was the biggest plant nearest to the light?

Are they from the same batch of seeds?

The yellowing is due to N deficiency..Give them a week dose of ferts..

Re-pot for next phase to allow decent root growth..
