Ok, so I was caught with possession of paraphanelia (glass pipe) at school through a search and seizure of my backpack when I wasnt looking. Can my mom go to the school and pick it up?:confused:

wtf, he is asking for advice, not telling a story. If you have never ever smoked weed out of it or have boiled it and never smoked out of it since, you can put it off as a tobacco pipe and im pretty sure your mom can recover it.
