hydrocodeine sucks it takes me like 5-6 of the 750 mg ones to get fucked up, dont touch opiates i stay away from those its bad news

It depends on how expired. If it's a year I wouldn't worry (i've done it myself), however medicines tend to warp into other medicines after a long time so if it's a year (maybe even two) you're fine.
