Pre-test ritual. Need advice

I have a probation test (urine test) coming up in about 7 days, it's been 10 days since I last indulged and will have been "clean" for about 17 days total by the time I take the test. Prior to abstaining, I was pretty much an every day smoker for about 4-5 mos. I'm planning to use some type of cleansing drink like Strip NC to help things along the day of the test. I'm 5'9", 210 and have been active the last week or so doing exercise etc. Are there any rituals that I could do in order to help clean up over the next week? I really need some input!

Try a cleansing kit and drown yourself with water. Drink lots of water before you take the test & pee as many times as you can on the day of (before) the test. Dont forget to exercise & if you have access to a sauna that wont hurt you none either. I am sure others here have some great ideas, maybe someone has a better way of going about it.

Thanks for the info. I've been reading another forum regarding subbing, I have a "clean" friend who will be glad to provide me with a clean sample. I have taken tests for them before, unobserved. Just in case they throw a monkey wrench into that plan, I'll cleanse and dillute to be on the safe side and hope for the best.
