i was recently going over the information in the growing section of the site and i noticed that the one link that does not work is the cloning one. i dont think its just my computer and i dont think its a temporary problem cause it hasnt work any of the times ive tried to go to it. so of course i am left with a question about cloning, please forgive me as i know this must get annoying to keep hearing it. i understand you want to cut just under the node at a 45 degree angle. am i supposed to take off the new baby stems that are starting at the leaf/stem node, or do i leave them on? if a big stem, not the main stem, has more stems coming from those nodes, can you get clones out of those stems too if they are big enough and have their own nodes as well? thanks for any help

so when you take a cut it doesnt have to have a node to go into the medium that you are going to use? i usually hear/see people talking about including a node just above the cut. this isnt necessary? thanks a lot for the info by the way

You do not NEED a node in the growing medium. You will get your best results if there is a node in the medium. Also if you are having trouble cloning, get some cloning GEL, the stuff works miracles. I prefer Clonex, but others work well too. Rockwool is probably the best medium for cloning, and having the rockwool conditioned properly is also important, for that I like to use Europonic Rockwool Conditioner. If you do things right, you can have roots in 5-7 days.
