hey first time grower here im growing dutch passion orange bud feminized under a 600w Hps in coco, only problem is my plants seem to be growin kinda slow?... is it normal for this kind of bulb to turn my leaves light green or even yellow? any help or advice would be appreciated.. i dont think im over fertilizing- how far should the light be above the plants? how much floragro, micro,bloom should i add to each litre water? the plants are on 6th set of leaves growing away on top but suffering lower down the plant please help

Those discolorations are definitely a nutrient problem....
Can you upload pictures? As gKnowm says: Upload pictures and your problems will be SOLVED!
As to the amounts of GH 3-parts, they have a chart... you should use the chart... the chart, or some other hydro formula... like the Lucas formula or something.

i cantsorry would love to be able to have them healthy, the lights are over two feet over the plants and i use flora grow, micro and bloom how much should i add per litre? they are on 5th or 6th set of leaves

oh ok.. should i try just adding water for a few days and then follow the guidelines after that?

Follow the guidelines from now...
When I'm unsure, I always make my mixes diluted...
So, if I'm mixing in a 2 LITER (LITRE) container, I put nutes amounts somewhere between 1L and 1.5L (eyeballing it)... then, I fill to 2 Liters with water... so, it's diluted.
Try that.... Or try the flushing thing, as you said... I'm not 100%... I'm a noob... :D
