are my plants ok??

hey first time grower here im growing dutch passion orange bud feminized under a 600w Hps in coco, only problem is my plants seem to be growin kinda slow?... is it normal for this kind of bulb to turn my leaves light green or even yellow? any help or advice would be appreciated.. i dont think im over fertilizing-

would i be better with a metal halide? or should a sodium bulb be fine for the whole plant cycle? how far away from the bulb is optimum?

this all depends on your situation... I'm the first to admit I'm no expert grower, but ask this question in the indoor growing thread, and some people there will problay give you some sound advice

i have a fan already thanks for the help so i should water them when the soil is dry a few inches below the surface untill water just barely starts to drain from the bottom of the pot? is it?
