what should i do?

ok, so im thinking of building a cab. its not going to be huge, just enough to flower in, veg can be done somewhere else. its probly going to be about 3 ft. high and about the same wide. i have a few questions first though.
1. what seeds should i get? i need something that can stay short, have a decent yeild, and good all around smoke.
2. since its goign to be a cab i really dont want MH or HPS (heat issues). im thinking of going the CF way. ive read a lot about them and i think i can pull this off just fine.
3. i was thinking of getting some LR seeds, but im not sure how strong the smoke would be. ive read mixed reviews about it. great concept, but im just not sure.

any help would be great

first of all hello m8 and welcome to the growing comunity
if i was gonna flower in a cab that size i would get an indica strain as they are short bushy plants, a quick tip dont veg a plant over half the height of ya flower room cause they will double in size during the flower stage
and i would look into an envirolite for ya light source and maybe 1 or 2 cfl's
they do not give off that much heat and the envirolites arent that expensives eigther and as an added bonus they come self ballasted
which means ya dont have to spend a lot of money on a ballast
do a search in google for envirolite and see about purchasing one from there
they come in 2 diffrent sizes and spectrum's
125w and 200w
and the blue spectrum is for vegging and the red spectrum is for flowering
seeds i would go for an indica strain
maybe lowryder or something similar as they only grow to a foot tall 2 maxmimum the yeilds arent that good but if ya can fill ya room with lowryders ya will have plenty of bud in the end
lowryders also flower under 24/7 light as they are an autoflowering plant and will be ready from seed to bud in only 2 months

Northern Lights is always a good choice! (Great taste, great high, and they don't get very tall) They're quite hearty, too...meaning they can take alot of abuse, ie. mistakes...
