Hydrocodone from vicodin

Is there any easy way I can get the hydrocodone out of vicodin into a powder that you guys know of?

Yeah, crush, dissolve in cold water, pore the water off the stuff on the bottom and into a flat bottomed pyrex dish, apply gentle heat to evaporate water. Scrape up with a razor blade. But hydrocodone has enough bioavailability orally to make snorting pointless.:confused:

I wasn't planning on snorting, I was going to decorate my bowls with it.
