Please can someone tell me if this looks like its germinated or should i leave it longer thanks.

It has germinated get it in some soil with the end of the taproot pointing downwards. And be very very careful with it.

Well leaving if for another 24 hours or so would have been better. Once you have a tap root about 3/4" long then you can plant it with the root down about as deep as the digit of your first finger.

I think once the seed "cracks", which yours has, then its ready for soil.
