there is no best breeder for this strain...seedbanks either have NL or they don't...once they get NL they can then breed back to itself or to another strain to yield a cross/hybrid.

I bought my NL from buydutchseeds.com.

Whether or not that's they actually sent will always be a mystery. It took about a month for them to arrive in CA from the Netherlands.

I'm on the fence on whether to use them again...but they did come through, and all 6 of 6 seeds I used germinated, though 4 turned out male.
