Just thought I'd share this experiance with other growers...that you might want to try something similar to increase the light intensity to the lower budsites and thus have a greater yeild ...
It works the same as a ScrOG where the plant is trained to grow horizontaly and therefore the main cola is the same hight as the lower buds and a carpet of buds will materialize as the whole of the plant receives the optimum intensity of light!
I've used a wire to bend the plant over [gradully over a week long period]..about a cm each night!
Some tense moments when I thought the stalk would snap!!:eek:
I've also put a support wire from the ceiling so that the weight of the cola doesn't cause the stem to snap as the cola gets even heavier with time!
The reason I did this to an otherwise healthy plant is coz her sisters turned out to be closet hermies [they were so deep in the closet they were finding christmas presents:D ] and once I culled them I felt there was too much light going down the pan due to the vacant space they left behind! [Now they're gone there's such a void in my life:D ]

My first reall plant and the crystalls are just like sugar grains...It's amazing!
