this is unacceptable!! dont get me wrong... ive got nothing against a good bong bowl, but u ppl should be practicing ur rolling skills.

you cant really tell if its a good joint unless you touch it to feel the looseness or tightness and some people like the dude above rolled a funnelled joint but to me the perfect joint is like a ciggarette but with weed not too tight not too loose straight as a pencil but more like a marker no creases and still you must smoke it to tell further

Meh, shut up, I'm really sick of people saying "joints waste weed". Maybe you don't know how to fucking smoke them right or something? Yeah, they fucking burn fast, but that doesn't mean you don't get all your weed out of it. Just pass it instead of letting it burn the whole time. Plus you can get real nice hits if its a nice j.

I just think anyone who disses joints sucks at smoking them.

What i mean is, leave the part where you light dry, and where you put your mouth, dry, everything else, put a little honey, it burns mad slow, and do it for blunts too, even without honey a joint can go 15 min... It's the same weed, either way you get high, so be grateful for that....

I am also a big fan of joints. They are actually one of my favorite ways to smoke. I wish I could enter the contest, because I believe my rolling skills are up to par, but I am without my digital cam.

I believe the secret in making J's burn longer is in the tightness of the roll. When I roll a joint it feels like a cigarette, and burns like one too, perfectly straight cherry with no runs. :thumbsup:

^^Nah, there isn't a taste really but sweet. It's that honey you use for cooking it has a yellowtop and a bee on the label, it makes blunts burn so long that you won;t even want to keep smoking, you'll get to that super super high, try it, on a spliff or blunt....

I can see why you would rather smoke a joint at a party instead of smoking out of a pipe, but that doesnt mean joints dont waste weed.

Frivolous, unless you have about 4 people smoking it inside a hotboxed car, THE JOINT WILL WASTE WEED NO MATTER WHAT. The joint is constantly burning, and smoke is constantly coming off the joint. That smoke does not get inhaled and gets wasted.

To be honest I dont worry about wasting my weed in a J.....if it gets you smashed its fine by me, I chose to some Joints because i liken to do it. If i liked smoking bongs or pipes as much as i like smoking joints i would do it all the time.

Dont be so tight with the weed people, i share my weed with who ever wants to toke it if they respirocate the favour. I get stoned everyday and for alot of the week it doesnt cost me a penny. Its called friends!

i wish i had a digital camera i roll sooo many joints. My average joint is between .9-1.2 grams and is a little fatter in the middle then on the ends. IF i have to say so myself i am a great roller my joints are reknowned in my area, maybe ill score a digital camera

About the honey thing....me and my boys did that with a cigarillo full of some dank. It slowed down the burning a lot and added a little taste. Dont put honey on the mouth piece or if you use a filter in your blunts stop the honey at the filter.

I have a bong and a few pips, but i still prefer joints, i can roll pretty damn good ones, fat as hell, and they burn for anything fron 5-15 mins... You just gotta know how to roll it so its not too tight and not too loose. I think joints are a more sociable way of smoking, and it lasts longer than a pipe, and i like to have long smokes...

I got papers so I might post a pic of my first ever rolled joint, I'mma try real hard, but I'm sure I won't be up to par with any of you yet. Supposedly joint rolling is hard? I don't see how, but I figure if I practice maybe I can get pretty good. I'm probably going to smoke a lot more joints since I have 2 packs of 24 papers, hopefully I'll get some rolling skills soon. I'll roll my first one tonight and post a pic either tonight or tomorrow.

I didn't really use any sort of method, I just put the weed in, and brought one side down, then tried to bring the part with the sticky over it and roll it around it. Any tips are appreciated. I just hope they don't burn real bad.

it takes a while to master the art of rolling

just try to shape the weed into a nice joint shape with your fingers and thumbs (hard to explain).. but just keep rolling and you will get better

mate lol heres a tip buy a pack of slim blues and practise the whole pack on tea bag leaves even if u still suck at the end u find when u go to roll a joint because a norm weed mix is more handleable u will fidn it a hell lot easier to roll a joint,..... well that show i learnd and looky now

Weed Vet said something bout rolliing with soapbar I dont understand When I smoke a joint by myself nothing is wasted because Ill hit it and when you let off abunch of smoke comes off and i usually inhale that too and all the smoke I can while im not hittin it i just put it by my mouth and breath normally. Im surprised a first time roller can roll that good I remember the first joint I rolled I just took the paper and twisted the ends so weed couldnt fall out and left an opening put the weed in and stuck it and it was about as big as a roach

You know, I think I roll mine a little different. Instead of using cardboard for the roach, I just use some white computer paper. Not sure why the hell you would need some thin cardboard. Also, I've noticed 99% of the people I've met roll with the roach on the right side...I roll mine on the left. Also, I like to not put ALL of the weed I'm using on the rolling paper right away. Instead, I just roll it with *some* weed in, just to get the basic shape I want. Then obviously, I proceed to pack away, so it gets a nice slow burn. :dance:
