frosted flakes. i eat breakfast two to three days a week and i normally have one bowl of frosted flakes and one bowl of total or special k with strawberries or some other cereal i think will make me healthier but doesnt really doesnt make a difference

Can't help it just love Lucky Charms, the more marshmellows the better! Kelloggs special K with strawberries is good too! Sometimes when I'm naughty I use half and half instead of milk.:) :dance: :thumbsup: :stoned:

for those who love peanut butter crunch, i HIGHly recommend kellogg's peanut butter swirlz. its their version, but tastes a lil better AND it doesnt fuck up the roof of your mouth.

Cereal has it's own food group in my diet. You can never go wrong for with frosted flakes, and it has to be Kellogs. The no name brands just don't do it for me. I also love cinnamon toast crunch, corn pops, smacks, and honey nut cheerios when the mood hits me. I've been trying to switch to using soy milk with my cereal cause it lasts longer in the fridge and it's easier on the stomach. But it just isn't the same. Nothing like a big bowl of frosted flakes with ice, cold 2% milk and a deep spoon when you're high.
