Where can I read an article. about Nevada's november ballot of 1 oz of pot for adults 21 and over?

I have read rumors about an upcoming ballot at various threads.

Where can I get official info from a website with a reputation for these issues?

not really too sure but norml.org more than likely has something on upcomming ballots nationwide.
